Refund policy

 DinkaApparel is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. After you send an order you have 1 hour to cancel or make changes. After an hour you cannot edit any details or cancel your order. Please be advised that our business accepts exchanges only. 

  • We have a 7 -day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for paying for the return of shipment of items being exchanged

Exchanges 
If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the following process: 

  • Contact us at dinkaapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to be processed. A representative will be in contact with you to provide further details and updates ones your return is received.
  • Kindly use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return an item for exchange. We do not accept responsibility for products returned unless we have obtained proof of delivery.

 

What if an item for exchange is out of stock?

Due to continuous demand and varying production levels, we cannot guarantee that an item for exchange will be available. If we are unable to exchange items because a specific item, size or color is sold out, If qualified we will contact you for available options.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
