We are offering free shipping within the US and Canada for all orders and free shipping for orders above $50 for Europe and selected countries, however there may be delays. Our usual delivery times is 15-35 business days, however, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience during this time.

In the unfortunate situation that the product is lost in transit and still not received after eight weeks, we will send you a placement at no additional cost.

INABILITY TO DELIVER
If the courier service provider is unable to deliver your order at the delivery address you indicated for any reason, we will attempt to re-deliver your order on another date, one more time.
If after the attempt to re-deliver fails, you or the person you have named and authorized, or in the absence of any such authorized person, to any adult, still fail or is unable to receive your order, or in any case where the order could not be delivered for any reason our rules and policies to refund applies.
Delivery Countries Limits: Because of limits with international shipping methods, it may be difficult to ship to some countries.
Dinkaapparel will not accept any dispute about delivery once orders are dispatched to the following countriescountries below:
Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador,Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, and other parts of Africa.
We will wait at least 1 hour after you placed an order before processing it, this allows you to make any modifications. Our suppliers may not operate during weekends and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. After you send an order, you will have one (1) hour to make changes. After an hour you cannot edit any details or cancel your order.
Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped out. This usually takes 2 – 7 business days. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 3-5 business days to show the correct location of your package. Please email email@example.com for an update on the status of your order.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour after you order.
- Orders that are not delivered more than 90 days after purchase will be eligible for a refund.
